Welcome to 6th grade!

Welcome to KCMS!

My name is Erin Hagedorn and I will be your English teacher this year. This is my second year at Kate Collins Middle School and I am so excited to begin our literary adventures together.

Before I get into the details of our course I want to talk about the importance of our learning community. All of us—students, families, and teachers—need to work together and communicate frequently in order for students to have the best educational experience possible. I look forward to getting to know you and working together throughout the year!
